ABATE of Wisconsin Region 3B Will Host the ABATE 2017 Annual Meeting in Green Bay

Group rate $89.91 plus
tax or $98.91 per night plus tax depending on type
of room. The rooms will be held at this special
rate until September 6, 2017. When making
reservations tell them you are with the ABATE of
Wisconsin group. There is a 24-hour cancellation
policy for all reservations. All room reservations
include a flat-screen TV, refrigerator and
microwave. A complimentary hot breakfast featuring
fresh Belgian Waffles is also included both
Saturday and Sunday mornings. Other food and
drinks can be brought into the individual rooms as
desired by registered guests. There is not a bar
in this facility but there is a lounge with
fireplace for socializing available for all
It is understood that the date of arrival is
October 6, 2017 and date of departure is October
8, 2017 for a 2-night stay (although a two-night
minimum stay is not required).
The hotel will also provide an adequate space for
ABATE of Wisconsin to set up an area for product
sales in the lobby or second floor balcony area
and for bike security in the hotel parking lot.
Security for products and bikes is the
responsibility of ABATE of Wisconsin unless
otherwise agreed by hotel staff.
There are many local tavern and restaurant
facilities in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
Maps with directions will be provided to those who
wish to explore on their own.
Region 3B with assistance of Regions 3A and 3C
will provide adequate volunteers to staff all
activities of the event.
The hosting Region will set up a sign-in table in
the hotel lobby with agendas, maps of area
attractions and the schedule and collection of
fees, as necessary, for meals on Friday and
Saturday nights and for fees for organized rides
and group tours. An information person will be
available in this area at all times to answer
questions about the area. There will be printed
signs and an Agenda in the hotel lobby as well as
meeting departure times for area bus tours and
Advertisments and sign-up information will be
provided to the ABATE of Wisconsin Newsletter and
Office staff prior to being printed in the 2017

The following activities and prices are as
Friday night -- a meal of Belgian Booyah with
breads and desserts will be available at the
Magneto's MC Clubhouse (all Magnetos are
ABATE of Wisconsin members) for a price of $5.00.
Beverages are on your own at the Clubhouse bar.
Two 15-passenger vans with drivers will be
available to drive people to and from the
clubhouse and hotel.
Saturday events are: free breakfast at the hotel
from 7:00 to 10:00 am Other events include: an
organized ride leaving the hotel at 9:00 am to the
Magneto's Clubhouse at 201 Henry Street to
participate in their Motorcycle Tri --A
-Thalon -- a scenic ride through the area
with a few activities and events thrown in along
the way. The cost for this ride is $10.00 per bike
with an additional $5.00 for a passenger paid at
the Clubhouse before the ride leaves. The ride
will leave at approximately 10:00 am and return by
4:00 pm. Prizes will be awarded to the winners of
Also planned for Saturday is a bus tour of area
microbreweries, wineries and Lambeau Field and the
Packer Hall of Fame. A $5 donation is suggested
for the bus driver and admission prices to the
Hall of Fame and Packer Stadium Tours are the
responsibility of the individual. Any cost of wine
and beer samplings are also the responsibility of
Saturday evening District 3 will host a banquet at
The Watering Hole across from the hotel at 2107
Velp Avenue. The menu includes buffet-style
Broasted Chicken, Tenderloin Tips, Mashed potatoes
and Gravy, Stuffing, Coleslaw, Dinner Rolls,
Coffee, Milk, and Assorted Desserts. Adult
beverages are available at your own cost from a
bar located in the banquet room. The cost for this
meal is $17.00 per person and includes a tip for
the waitstaff and bartenders. Music may be
provided in the main bar area downstairs from the
banquet hall. Dinner will begin at 6:30 pm with a
local speaker, raffle and silent auction following
Bus shuttle service will be provided between the
hotel and The Watering Hole (it's across the
street from the hotel) if requested.
Sunday Annual Meeting -- a free breakfast
buffet will be provided by the hotel. The banquet
hall at The Watering Hole is where the Annual
Meeting and Board Meeting will take place. Tables
and chairs will be set-up by the facility staff.
Bottled water will be provided by the Region for
the BOD meeting and the cost for banquet and
meeting set-up, clean-up and bartenders for
Saturday night is $150.00. A microphone and podium
will be provided by the facility at no additional
cost. The region will provide an American flag for
