Make Your Plans Now

by Betty Roberge

and start gearing up for our favorite season of the year. Summer Hummer Season! It’s happening next month already so talk to your friends, your neighbors, your coworkers and fellow ABATE members; pack your gear and plan your route to get you there in plenty of time to enjoy all the festivities of the weekend. For you newbies, we offer 3 days of music, vendors, food, raffles, biker activities, and fun. You won’t want to miss it.

Has your region found 2 lucky people to take advantage of the complimentary tickets available to 2 members that have never gone to the Hummer before? I hope so. This is a great opportunity, and if you remember the old TV commercial….”Try it, Mikey. You’ll Like It.” Like it you will, because it’s very entertaining but more than that, and my favorite part is giving us the opportunity of visiting with friends from all over the state. ABATE Acres is a campground-like setting that belongs to all members of our organization with modern shower facilities and new last year, a covered pavilion with a stage that handles our bands and musicians. By the time the Hummer is here our Pavilion Cornerstone Wall will be completed. Did you buy a brick? Come take a look and find your brick on the wall.

Mikey Mueller has taken over state products and will be getting his feet wet setting up shop at the Hummer this year. It’s a learning experience and he tells us that he plans on having a few new items available for our members to buy. Mike is not new to products. He has been selling and promoting our product line for nearly 20 years now so we look forward to seeing what he will be able to do for our members in the future. Be sure to work a shift or two with Mikey. See his information below to sign up.
