Land Warming is May 13- 15

It’s time to think spring and ABATE ACRES LAND Warming weekend. Your land needs a little touching up here and there. Most of the chores can be done with one hand leaving the other hand to hold a beverage.

This year we’re breaking tradition for Saturday lunch. Instead of the usual, we are going to have a Chili Cook Off starting about 1 pm. You’re welcome to bring a dish or dessert.

Drop Your Change Campaign. As an added way to reach our financial goal for the pavilion, drop your loose change into a jar at the end of the day….bring it to the Hummer…. and let’s see how much we can collect in a few months. For more information about the status of the band pavilion read the article on page 21 of this newsletter.

May 13 – 15, 2022 Land Warming.
June 16, 17 & 18, 2022 Summer Hummer.
August 12, 13 & 14, 2022 Family Campout Weekend.
October 14, 15 & 16, 2022 Land Closing.

BOD Meetings are held the second Sunday of the month at the land in May (15th), June, July, August, and September.
