Since I talked to you last, we have found a better way to ship membership pins. If you recall, our shipping cost was over $5 per pin. We have now found a way to ship pins for $1.68 each. I would still encourage you to think about whether you want a pin or a rocker each year on your renewal date.

Officer’s Training is the next thing on the list. It will be held in Marshfield on February 9^th, 10^th and 11^th. It looks like we have a full agenda and should be a good learning experience for all of us, both new and “Seasoned” members. I look forward to this conference every year. It doesn’t matter how many times you have attended, you always come away with new ideas. It also gets you fired up for all of the challenges that face us in the months to come and to be a strong force in the motorcycle community.

We need to keep our membership strong and need to constantly think about getting new members, but just as important – we need to keep the members we have. We lose far too many first and second year members. Have we gotten them engaged? For those of them that don’t renew, I think not.

I look forward to talking to you and sharing ideas of how to get this done. Promotional items will be handed out to Regional Reps. These items help attract new members. Please be sure you put them to good use. Another Officer’s Training means another opportunity to network and learn.  See you there.
