Riding season is in full swing in Wisconsin.  People are out of hibernation and getting books for fun runs and attending area fundraisers.  We learned a lot this year at officer’s training and I want to make sure you are all planning and running your events properly.  If you have ANY questions or need clarification on something, DON’T GUESS – please e-mail treas@abatewis.org or call (414) 940-5883.  E-mail is the fastest way to get an answer, believe it or not I check that more than my voicemail although this is the best number to reach me at.

Summer cash raffle tickets needed to be turned in to your district director prior to this month and now will have to be turned in at the Summer Hummer.  Tickets cannot be mailed!  Please reach out to Ken Nelson to let him know that you or someone from your region will be turning in sales,  ticket stubs and unsold tickets klnelson1954@gmail.com.

Volunteers are still needed for coffee cart, bar chip sales and raffle sales at the Summer Hummer.  Shifts are 4 hours for: Coffee Cart-Friday and Saturday 8am-noon, Bar Chip Sales Thursday noon-midnight, Friday & Saturday 10am-2am,  General raffle sales Thursday 4-midnight, Friday & Saturday 2pm-10pm.  Please consider helping out, no experience necessary!!
